The delivery team works from this office. Architecture reviews happen on the whiteboard, engineers pair at the same table, and the people who scope an engagement are the people who build it. Clients are welcome, and visits are common at the start of a build.

Monterrey holds Central Standard Time (CST) year round, since Mexico stopped observing daylight saving time in 2022. US Central moves to CDT from March to November, which puts the Monterrey clock an hour behind for part of the year. The schedule absorbs it: the team works the client's business hours, so the day overlaps from the morning standup to the end of it, and nothing waits for a handoff.
