Careers
Build the data and AI work enterprises keep
We hire data engineers, analytics engineers, architects, and AI engineers into real production work on Snowflake, from our delivery center in Monterrey and our Austin office.
Who we hire
Engineers who want the hard version
The work here is enterprise data: real ERP estates, real governance constraints, real production consequences. That shapes who does well.

Where the work happens
Monterrey and Austin, on US business hours
Most engineering sits in our Monterrey delivery center, in Valle Alto, with leadership in Austin, Texas. The team works US business hours, which means a normal working day here overlaps with clients across the Americas instead of running on a night shift. Onsite client travel happens, and Monterrey makes it short.
- Carr. Nacional 500, Valle Alto, Monterrey, NL 64983, Mexico
- Central Time all year, aligned to the client's working day
- Nonstop flights to major US cities for onsite work when a build needs it

How you grow here
Certification, then real delivery
Nobody learns Snowflake from a course alone. The path pairs certification with production work from the first sprint.
- SnowPro certification, paid for and expected across the team
- Pairing with architects on live client builds, not sandbox exercises
- Early access to new Snowflake capabilities through our Premier and CoCo Preferred partnership
- AI-native tooling as part of the job, including Claude as an Anthropic partner
